Membership fees are based on the number of units in your association. The following membership fee schedule has been prepared for your convenience.

Units: 50 or less $ 125
51 to 100 $ 175
101 to 150 $ 225
151 to 200 $ 250
201 to 249 $ 275
250 to 300 $ 300
301 to 349 $325
350 or more $ 350
IIndividual Membership $125

To join:

2. Fill out the application
3. If paying by check mail check along with application to ~ 1452 W. 9th Street, Suite E Upland, Ca 91786
4. If paying by credit card go to "Pay Now".
