Executive Advisory Board
The California Association of Homeowners Associations, Inc.
has organized an "Executive Advisory Board" to receive,
assess and provide valuable information and recommendations
to the Board of Directors and to the organization.
The members of the "Executive Advisory Board",
herein after refereed to as "Executive Board," will
be appointed by Board of Directors and will serve for a period
of one year or until they are replaced, move or are no longer
eligible.
The Executive Board members will receive compensation for
their services and will be reimbursed for travel and lodging
expenses if necessary. The Executive Board will in no way
be liable or responsible for their participation on this board.
To be eligible for appointment to the Executive Board, a
homeowner, must reside on the property, be a member in good
standing and be a present member of their Homeowners Association's
Board of Directors. No absentee homeowners will be eligible
for a position on this Executive Board.
The State of California has been divided into twenty five
(25) divisions, each division is represented by an Executive
Board member.
The members of the Executive Board will serve for a term
of one (1) year and may be reappointed for additional term(s).
The initial Executive Board members will, however, serve:
half for a single term and half for two (2) terms, so that
half of the committee members will be appointed each year.
Board members interested in serving on the Executive Board
may indicate their interest by sending an E-mail or by submitting
a letter indicating their interest and requesting consideration
for a position on the board to this office. In addition to
your name, telephone number and address, please indicate the
name of your association, the city and the number of units.
