The Organization
· California Association of Homeowners Associations
The California Association of Homeowners Associations, was conceived and founded by Richard
S. Monson, President and Chief Executive Officer. This association of Community Associations
(Condominiums, Townhomes and Common Interest Developments (CIDs)) has been organized to
represent all Community Associations in California. The Community Associations are represented
by homeowners. Therefore, as part of the administrative structure, an “Executive Advisory
Board” has been organized. Also, as a counter part to the Executive Advisory Board,
a “Property Managers Committee” has been organized. The California Association
of Homeowners Associations has been organized with a vast complement of professionals,
contractors and other service providers available to support the needs of community associations.
They serve as independent contractors on an as needed basis.
