President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard S. Monson, has more than 25 years experience
in Real Estate. He has 20 years experience as a Real Estate
Broker and Association Manager. Mr. Monson specialized in
the sale, ownership and management of Community Associations.
He served nine years as the Assistant to City Manager, Chief
Financial Officer and City Clerk of San Marino. He received
a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA degree
from Pepperdine University.
Mr. Monson is married with four children.
