MINUTES DISCLOSURE
California Civil Code ยง 4950 requires the Association notify all Owners of their right to have copies of Board of Directors' meeting minutes. In accordance therewith, please be advised as follows:
Minutes, minutes proposed for adoption, minutes marked to indicate draft status, or a summary of the minutes, of any meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association, other than executive session, shall be available to members within thirty (30) days of the meeting. Minutes, proposed minutes, draft minutes, or summary of minutes shall be distributed to any member of the Association upon request.
Copies of the minutes, proposed minutes, draft minutes or summary of minutes, may be obtained from the Association's management company, identified below:
