ELECTION SERVICES
WHEN HOMEOWNERS ELECT THEIR LEADERS
The most significant of all functions performed by the Board of Directors
is to elect future leaders to govern and oversee the operations of the
Association.
There are few functions required by the existing Board of Directors as
important as electing the Board of Directors.
The importance of this function is clearly set forth in the recently adopted
California Legislation Senate Bill 323; the law governs the management
of common interest developments and determines the procedures for processing
Association Elections.
The California Association of Homeowners Associations utilizes explicitly
the procedures contained in the California Law while also incorporating
the content of the Associations Governing Documents to administer the
election of the Homeowners Association accurately, formally, and legally.
Homeowner Associations interested in obtaining a bid for the Election Services
of the California Association of Homeowners Associations may submit the
"Request For Inspectors of Election Services"
